Responsibilities:

  • Work with lead sales executive to close business through qualification, discovery, demonstration and alignment of Guardian Analytics unique capabilities with what is important and valuable to the customer/prospect.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demo that explain products and services to customers and prospective customers, including explain the technical aspects of the product and how it will solve a specific customer problem.

Software Engineer (Backend)

Guardian Analytics is seeking a Backend Software Engineer. Our behavioral analytics / machine-learning platform is the leader in providing Fraud Detection and Anti-Money Laundering solutions.
The position can be based in Mountain View, CA or Sandy, Utah and reports to the Senior Director Engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical lead for complex backend services
  • Work closely with Architects to address complex software/system architecture issues
  • Bridge the gap between high-level architecture and the detailed solutions design input needed to deliver product
  • Work closely with operations to develop the most optimal system architecture/deployment design for core platforms
  • Jump in and solve complex technical problems and design issues
  • Drive adoption of advanced cloud-based features and capabilities where it makes sense
  • Interact with development teams providing mentoring and guidance (through code reviews, design reviews, best practices and technical vision) while being still very hands-on and capable of deep diving into implementation details
  • Drive CI/CD capabilities to achieve continuous deployment

  • 7+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience with REST API development
  • Expert-level knowledge of Java

Guardian Analytics is seeking a professional and creative Training Specialist. We are the market leader in real-time behavioral analytics and machine learning solutions for banking payment fraud detection and enterprise B2B portal fraud.

The position is based in Mountain View and reports to the Vice President of Cloud Operations and Security.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce a consistent stream of eLearning, instructor-led training, and technical documentation for the company’s customer base, including proper usage of our current and new product offerings.
  • Deliver content (across multiple product lines) at a variety of levels to different audiences via classroom (public, onsite), virtual classroom, and recorded formats.
  • Provide high-touch communications to enterprise customers, partners, and employees.
  • Bring thought leadership, an entrepreneurial spirit, and best practices to our Training domain.
  • Become an expert on Guardian Analytics products and functionality.
  • Travel up to 25% (within the US).

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years of training domain experience in software, technology, and/or financial companies.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS and eLearning technologies (SCORM, SAP Litmos, Software as a Service, SSO, VPN, etc.).
  • High level of flexibility, creativity, dependability, and autonomy.
  • Strong verbal and written communications, including the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal leadership and end users.
  • Exposure to creating and conducting training for external and internal users for software, technical, and/or financial applications/products.
