Professional Services Engineer

Guardian Analytics is seeking a Professional Services Engineer. Our behavioral analytics / machine-learning platform is the leader in providing Fraud Detection solutions. We currently have more than 425 Financial Institutions as customers.

The position is based in Mountain View and reports to Senior Director Professional Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the technical planning and implementation of projects
  • Understand the technical challenges required to complete the projects and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the projects
  • Identify and understand technical project dependencies and risks, coordinating with respective teams as applicable to solve technical issues
  • Outstanding written/oral/presentation skills with ability to translate relevant technical information to be digestible by multiple audiences (project-level resources to executives)

Required Skills and Experience:

The Sr. Finance Analyst will be responsible for both operational deliverables (monthly reports, data validations, continuous oversight of subscriptions process and pricing, etc), as well as initiative-based activities including but not limited to Annual Operating Plan, development of topline forecast methodology, models, and analysis, as well as process and system-based efforts involving contract management, order management, pricing analysis, internal metrics, and other strategic needs. Responsibilities:

  • Monthly and Quarterly financial and operational reporting
  • Own Book-to-Bill process; scope near-future system/process re-alignment
  • Forecasting Bookings and Revenues by Segment, Product, COGS, Expenses, CapEx and Cash

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving product sales within strategic financial institutions. This individual will carry a personal sales quota to provide behavioral analytics and machine learning solutions for AML and fraud detection to financial industry Guardian clients, and prospects between $2-$5B in assets. You will leverage onsite demonstrations and personal relationships.
