Terry is regularly quoted in industry articles on online banking and payments fraud and has spoken at the NACHA Internet Council, ACFE’s Annual Conference, The Cash Management Forum, and Finovate, and will be featured in upcoming NACHA Payments and ABA Risk Management events. Terry promotes best practices for protecting internet banking from current and emerging cyber threats and is the expert on Guardian Analytics original research on the impact of fraud on the relationship financial institutions have with their customers. Terry has rich experience and domain expertise in eCommerce, mobile, and supply chain solutions with companies such as MarketLive, Good Technology, Manugistics and Accenture. He received a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
